FAQ
Frequently asked questions about my 3D print files and services.
Yes — you're welcome to print and sell physical items made from my files. What you can't do is resell, share, or redistribute the digital files themselves. Buy once, print as many as you like.
Most files come as STL, which works with virtually every slicer. Some products also include 3MF or OBJ files. Check the product page for the exact formats included.
Every single one. I print each file myself — usually on FDM and resin — before it goes live. If it doesn't work on my printer, it doesn't make it into the shop.
After payment you'll be taken to a confirmation page with a download button. You'll also receive an email with a download link. If you lose the link, visit the Downloads page and enter your email to get a fresh one sent to you.
Download links expire after 24 hours, but you can always get a new one. Go to the Downloads page, enter the email you used at checkout, and a fresh link will be sent to you straight away.
Each product page includes recommended settings where relevant. As a general starting point: 0.2mm layer height, 15–20% infill, and standard supports where needed. Resin files are pre-supported unless stated otherwise.
Because these are digital files, I can't offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. If you run into a genuine problem with a file — a broken mesh, missing parts, anything like that — get in touch and I'll sort it out.
Maybe. I take on the occasional commission when my schedule allows. Send me a message through the contact page with what you have in mind and I'll let you know.
