TERMS OF SERVICE

1. WHO THESE TERMS APPLY TO

These terms govern your use of cedercustoms.com and any purchases made through it. The site is operated by Jacob Dybdahl Cederholm, trading as Ceder Customs (CVR: 42631477), based in Copenhagen, Denmark. By purchasing or using the site, you agree to these terms.

2. WHAT YOU'RE BUYING

All products sold on this site are digital files (STL and related formats) for 3D printing. You are purchasing a licence to use the files — not ownership of the underlying design. Files are delivered digitally via a download link sent to your email after payment.

3. LICENCE — WHAT YOU CAN DO

Each purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive licence to:

• Download and store the files on your own devices
• Print physical copies for personal use
• Print and sell physical objects made from the files — commercial use of printed items is permitted
• Modify the files for your own printing purposes

4. LICENCE — WHAT YOU CANNOT DO

• Resell, share, gift, or redistribute the digital files in any form
• Upload the files to file-sharing sites, Patreon, or similar platforms
• Claim the designs as your own work
• Use the designs in any way that infringes on trademarks or third-party rights

The distinction is simple: you can sell the physical print, but not the file.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL — DIGITAL GOODS

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance purchases. However, this right does not apply to digital content that has been accessed or downloaded, where you have given prior consent and acknowledged the loss of withdrawal rights.

By completing a purchase and downloading the files, you confirm that you have consented to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost upon download. This is displayed at checkout.

6. REFUNDS

Because these are digital files, sales are final once downloaded.

If a file is defective — broken mesh, missing parts, corrupted download — I will fix or replace it. Contact me at hello@cedercustoms.com and I'll sort it out.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs on this site are created by Jacob Dybdahl Cederholm and remain his intellectual property. Purchasing a file grants you a licence as described above, not ownership of the design.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

I am not liable for any damage to equipment, failed prints, or injuries resulting from the use of files purchased on this site. Files are provided as-is and tested on my own equipment, but results may vary depending on your printer and settings. Print at your own risk.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts. EU consumers retain any rights granted to them under their local consumer protection laws.
