2. WHAT DATA I COLLECT
When you make a purchase, the following data is collected and stored:
- Email address — to deliver your download link and send purchase confirmation
- Payment data — processed by Stripe. I do not see or store your card details
- Product and transaction details — to allow redownloads and handle support requests
If you contact me, I receive whatever you include in your message (name, email, message content).
I do not use analytics tools and do not collect browsing data, IP addresses, or tracking cookies beyond what is strictly necessary for the site to function.
3. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
Under GDPR, I process your data on the following legal bases:
- Contract performance — processing your purchase and delivering your files
- Legitimate interest — handling support requests and preventing fraud
- Legal obligation — retaining transaction records as required by Danish accounting law
4. THIRD-PARTY PROCESSORS
I use the following third-party services to operate the site. Each acts as a data processor under GDPR:
- Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
- Resend — transactional email delivery (resend.com/privacy)
- Neon — purchase record storage (neon.tech/privacy)
- Cloudflare R2 — file storage (cloudflare.com/privacypolicy)
- Sanity — content management (sanity.io/privacy)
- Vercel — website hosting (vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy)
All processors are GDPR-compliant and, where required, covered by Standard Contractual Clauses for data transfers outside the EU.
5. COOKIES
This site uses only functional cookies — these are strictly necessary for the site to work and do not require consent:
- Stripe — sets cookies during the checkout process to prevent fraud
I do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics cookies. If this changes, this policy will be updated and appropriate consent will be requested.
6. HOW LONG I KEEP YOUR DATA
- Purchase records are retained for 5 years as required by Danish bookkeeping law
- Email addresses are kept for as long as needed to support redownloads
- Contact form messages are deleted once the matter is resolved
7. YOUR RIGHTS
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data I hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention obligations)
- Object to or restrict processing
- Data portability
- Lodge a complaint with Datatilsynet, the Danish data protection authority (datatilsynet.dk)
